Establishment of Sports Complex

As per the Maharashtra sports policy, an improved plan to establish sports complexes at every Divisional, District, and Taluka has been implemented according to the Government decision of the Department of Social Justice, Cultural Affairs, Sports, and Special Assistance, No. Rakridho-2003/Pr.Kr.11/Kriyuse-1, dated March 26, 2003.

The government has increased the limit of construction grant provided for building sports complexes as per government decision No. Rakridho-2019(Pr.Kr.92)/Kriyuse-1 dated March 23, 2022.

Benefits

1. Divisional Sports Complex:- (Grant limit for new construction Rs. 5000.00 lakhs / completed, under progress and incomplete construction Rs. 3000.00 lakhs)
2. District Sports Complex :- (Grant Limit for New Construction Rs. 2500.00 Lakhs / Completed, Under Progress and Incomplete Construction Rs. 1500.00 Lakhs)
3. Taluka Sports Complex:- (Grant limit for new construction Rs. 500.00 lakhs / complete, under progress and incomplete construction Rs. 300.00 lakhs)
